With the combination of years of experience, Strength training workouts designed around strengthening specific core muscles, pelvic floor strengthening, endurance and flexibility exercises, the U Rise pre- and post-natal programs are designed for each mom to not only have the safest and easiest term and pregnancy, but to also get them back to their pre baby look and feel. 

Exercises that will help with labor as well as weight management techniques and knowledge to ensure no unnecessary weight gain has been a winning combination over the years. The U Rise trainers will work with each individual  to ensure they have the smoothest and safest experience while being pregnant and after birth.
